Erika Klein, Founder and President of Social Butterfly Social Media, started her business to help her parents’ senior care agency. Today, she directs social media for senior agencies nationwide as well as numerous clients in other industries. Through growth in the media and market, she has faced challenges yet continues to serve both her business and her community at a leadership level.
Denise Smith founded Smith Physical Therapy with a desire to support and strengthen clients in their wellness goals. Her elevated status in business, city government, and advocacy has positively impacted the region.
Shelly Spata is Managing Partner of Eccezion, a multidisciplinary professional services firm providing accounting, consulting, technology, and marketing services to businesses. Under her leadership, the firm has become a Top 500 Accounting Firm and one of the Top 10 Best Firms to Work For nationally, as well as a Top 10 Firm for Women in the U.S. A CPA, Shelly is passionate about helping business owners make confident decisions and maximize growth.
Kyra Tillman is the third-generation owner of BTM Industries, where she proudly promotes American manufacturing and family-owned business. After years in construction, Kyra returned to her family’s manufacturing company. Her problem-solving skills are at work daily, addressing the various and diverse machine shop/ job shop solutions for the many products manufactured by her team.
