First Annual Women’s Conference

Conference Theme: “God is Still in the Healing Business”

Scripture: “Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed.” – Jeremiah 17:14

We are hosting our First Annual Women’s Conference to celebrate all that God has done in our first year of fellowship and to boldly step into the next phase of our assignment—reaching more women with encouragement, empowerment, and the Word of God. This conference is a sacred time of worship, prayer, teaching, and fellowship, where women will gather on one accord to receive healing, strength, and renewal in every area of life.

wEw—Women Encouraging Women Through the Word of God—was founded by First Lady “C” Phillips as a God-given assignment. Over the past year, the ladies of wEw have faithfully gathered each month at the library to praise and worship, minister to one another, pray over families, and share testimonies of God’s goodness. The ministry also reaches beyond its gatherings, serving women in shelters, encouraging survivors of domestic abuse, and ministering to the homeless. This September, wEw will partner with Women of Grace Women's Ministry of New Orleans, LA, to feed the homeless as part of its growing outreach.

This year’s conference will feature both an Opening Guest Speaker and a Closing Guest Speaker who will pour into us the Word of God. In addition, four Breakout Session Speakers will minister on areas of healing that touch every woman’s life:

• Spiritual Healing
• Emotional Healing
• Physical Healing
• Financial Healing

Our vision remains strong: “A group of Christian women on one accord uplifting, empowering, and encouraging each other through the Word of God as we grow in faith to strengthen one another.” Our mission is to nurture a community of empowered women deeply rooted in their faith—living Godly lives, impacting the world with love and compassion, and serving as an example for the next generation.

The First Annual Women’s Conference is not just a gathering, but a milestone—a declaration that God is still in the healing business, and that He desires to restore and strengthen His daughters for greater works ahead.
