? WHAT TO BRING + WEAR:
We recommend you wear warm comfortable clothing and removable layers.
Your own water bottle to keep you extra hydrated during the workshops and to be more environmentally friendly.
For the sound bath session, please bring a yoga mat, 2 x blankets (one to double under your mat for comfort and warmth), bolster (or towel/blanket you can roll up), eye pillow, warm socks.
