Join us for Women Elevated 2.0-a Pop-Up Art talk & Community Discussion. Explore navigating challenges tied to heritage identity, fostering resilience, and discover ways of finding strength and connection within. This family friendly event (ages 11+) part of Women’s Health Month will feature quick dynamic discussions, about mental health, resources available to the community, self-care and developing resilience, paired with a mini movement for wellness workshop & a special dance performance.
