This special event will be a sacred space to connect & empower each other. There will be prompts, dancing, meditating, & sound healing.About this Event
We will begin the event with a short flower ceremony thanking everyone for being there. Then have short introductions and gratitude shares. We will then move into some somatic movements to feel into our bodies and have fun chanting some positive affirmations. Then end with a guided breakwork practice and have a soothing sound bath.
Have a closing circle and sharing our experiences.
