Ladies, let’s drop into presence together, let the masks down and remember our realness.
I’m inviting you into a 2-part remembering – an exploration of who we are in connection with ourselves, our environment and each other.
You’ll be given permission to soften and be as you are, guided through some simple contact improv and connection exercises, and supported into really listening to your body. We’ll move, share, breathe and get to know ourselves more deeply through the exploration.
Day 1
Expect to connect with your body and each other in a whole new way through breathwork, somatic dance and contact-based connection — moving beyond just ‘me’. We’ll shake off the dust, play and drop into our listening body.
Day 2
For those who want to journey deeper, Day 2 builds on what’s opened in Day 1 with continued connection and a longer breathwork journey. It’s a chance to meet your inner space more fully, release old stories and patterns, and invite more life and vibrancy into your cells. The breath becomes your bridge – into your body’s wisdom and into a greater field of consciousness.
Your body will know if this feels like a yes.
Come for Day 1 only, or Day 1 + 2.

Why the breath?
Your breath is your bridge to your inner world and to the truth of what’s alive in your system. It can anchor you into presence and free you from mental loops, stress and anxiety. Breath is a simple way to reconnect with yourself and all that is to truly access your innate power.
It gives you access to places words can’t reach. It softens the edges, clears the static and creates space for your own deeper wisdom to come through.

Why somatics?
Somatics is simply the practise of listening to the body as a living, feeling self – not just a brain taxi.
Through somatic dance, movement and awareness we can:
• notice where we habitually brace or collapse
• feel how emotions and stories live in our tissues
• gently introduce new pathways of softness, strength and choice
It’s a practise of being with the simplicity of sensation and separating it from the attachment and drama of story.
Somatics allows a whole-body conversation to happen, which over time supports a more integrated self.

Why contact improv?
I’ll be drawing on some aspects of contact improv to explore a deeper sense of connection. CI is a dance form that explores and encompasses:
-feeling your own weight and another’s
-trust, boundaries and play through touch and shared momentum
-discovering how you respond in connection
In a held, consent-based space, contact improv becomes a playful lab and teacher for how we relate – to ourselves, to others and to the ground that’s always there under us.

Please note: your autonomy is fully honoured, and there will be no full body weight sharing

This is for you if…
You’re craving real, in-the-room connection with other women
You are ready to awaken your somatic body
You’re ready for expansion
You want to deepen into what connection means

What to bring:
Comfy clothes you can move and lie down in
A water bottle
Layers
A journal and pen
An open mind and a willingness to meet yourself and others gently

A little about me
I’m Ali – a women’s somatic guide, breathworker and lover of all things movement and inner enquiry. My work is rooted in years of personal exploration and study, including classical tantra, yoga teacher training, Body–Mind Centering–inspired work, mind–body therapy, somatic dance training and integrative somatic trauma approaches.
But beyond the trainings, what really fuels this space is my devotion to living in my own body and the world more honestly, and my deep desire to see women feel safe, at home and powerful in theirs.
Come for Day 1 only, or Day 1 + 2.
Day 2 can be purchased after day 1 for $55
💸 Cost
$55 for 1 day
$99 for both days
