About Anthony Ierullo
As a Wealth Advisor at IG Wealth Management with over 20 years of experience in building personalized financial and estate plans that help clients achieve long-term confidence and peace of mind, I love what I do and the support I have through the different channels affiliated with IG. Before Joining IG Wealth Management I worked at a small Boutique brokerage holding an independent financial planning position. I have also worked with a prominent capital market firm, on their research and trading floors. An experience that gave me deep insight to market strategy and research. Today I focus on tax-efficient investing, with a focus on capital protection, life planning, and helping families make smart, value-based financial decisions. Outside of work I am a family man, husband to a beautiful wife, and father to two beautiful girls. I am a proud member of the chamber of commerce, and an active advocate for medical research, where I dedicate time and resources to fundraising efforts for various charitable organizations.
About Kristina Shea
Kristina Shea is a Chief AI and Growth Officer, business strategist, governance advisor, and founder of WomenUp™ ... where AI meets Ambition and Impact.
She works at the intersection of executive positioning, AI adoption, and strategic visibility, helping leaders integrate AI thoughtfully and responsibly into real business infrastructure.
A graduate of the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management in Generative & Agentic AI for Business, Kristina brings both technical insight and business leadership experience. She serves as a Director with the Burlington Chamber of Commerce, the Burlington Art Gallery and advises organizations on AI positioning, marketing, growth and governance strategy.
She is also the host of , exploring AI, leadership, and ambition with founders and global thinkers shaping the future of business.
Her work focuses on ensuring women are not only participating in the AI era... but leading within it.
