Women and Spirituality

Women and Spirituality - the Prophetic Legacy is a unique event for both men and women, marking 1500 years since the birth of the Beloved Messenger (Peace and Blessings of God be upon him).

An afternoon of reflection on the life and spiritual example and teaching of the Prophet Muhammad from womens’ perspective, and how this example continues to be hugely relevant and provide insight, illumination and direction for both women and men in contemporary society. Brought to you by Tariqa Qadiriya Boutchich UK through cooperation with the Moultaqa Foundation, Kingdom of Morocco (organisers of the World Symposium on Sufism), and Bridging Spiritual Cultures, the event will feature talks, readings, dialogue and a concert of sufi songs of spiritual education in the Moroccan Andaluci tradition. There is also the opportunity to join introductory workshops for women and for men on the sufi practice of invocation and remembrance.
