Women and Climate Oakland Dinner

If you are looking for an opportunity to talk climate with professionals identifying as women, you are in the right place! No climate experience necessary.

Come join us for a delicious seated vegan dinner & drinks at NIDO's BackYard where we will chat about all topics with the backdrop of climate. We will send some optional articles to invitees as thought starters but ultimately, we'll let the conversation go where the group takes them!

Host: Event will be organized by WAC Oakland City Leads, Preeyanka Shah and Ashley Bernstein

Dietary Restrictions: Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions in advance so we can appropriately accomodate them.

Networking: We will send out an email pre-event with attendee names and LinkedIn profiles so you can connect in advance :)

Payment: We will be pre-ordering for the table and will split the meal across everyone. We are targeting between $60-65 per person including 1 drink (inclusive of tax and tip). We will be able to take Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash (digital payments preferred). If you are a no-show without advance notice, we will ask you to pay for your portion of the food.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please let us know no later than 24 hours in advance as we have a limited number of seats.

Getting to the venue: NIDO's BackYard is at the edge of Jack London Square. We encourage you to take BART, bus, or ferry to the event!
