Women and Climate Berlin Meetup: Seed Bombing for Climate Change

If you are looking for an opportunity to learn and talk about climate with other like-minded womxn, you are in the right place!

Women and Climate is a community for womxn interested in climate, where no climate experience is necessary! Our goal is to help more women get started on their personal and professional climate journey. But also give women climate leaders, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts a platform to share their solutions and ideas.

All materials for making the seed bombs themselves will be provided. We ask kindly for donations to cover the cost of the materials. Bring your own container like an egg carton to carry home your seed bombs and let dry. Then find a few places to toss your bombs to make a wildflower garden. We will talk a bit about native vs. invasive plants and what areas are best for your bombs.

Program:

• At 7 pm, we will meet in front of Amtsgericht Wedding https://maps.app.goo.gl/S9WfPjnzVmgLLaAPA. We will learn about seed bombing and how to boost biodiversity in Berlin :)
• At around 8 pm, if you'd like to stay, we will find a place in the area to go for dinner together and continue chatting.

Note: This event can only host around 30 participants. If you have signed up, but are unable to attend, kindly inform us in advance, so that we can offer your spot to someone else :)
