This workshop is the education we all should of had as girls.
A workshop, in circle and ceremony, with presentations from me, opportunity for sharing lived experiences and to ask questions.
Blending my experience in fertility work, womb healing and as a bleeding woman and mother of 4, I have created this workshop which combines a modern science approach woven with ancient wisdom and practices.
We cover phases of your cycle, hormones, sex and natural contraception and or conception.
I will be sharing my knowledge of all things womb and fertile health, and my understanding of the sacredness of cyclical living.
You will leave feeling informed, empowered, and in tune with the rhythms of your body in all its innate wisdom.
This workshop will empower you to take radical responsibility for your fertility, health and womb well-being.
