Womb Wisdom Belly Dance ~ Mixed Level Encinitas Late Fall Series!
I have been loving the vibe of our North County crew and classes and and I am looking forward to another incredible series at Barre 3 in Encinitas! Welcoming in some new faces and bellies!
In this 6-week series, we'll explore movements that build upon each other in a safe container where our femininity & physical explorations can flourish! I share Belly Dance as a healing art form, blending elements of qi gong, playfulness, and ritual. Focuses include elongating the vertebrae, clearing stuck energy in the tummy, finding core stability, and cultivating a healthy integrated channel from the spine to the mind. Let's have fun moving in ways that help us tune into our sensuality, sassiness, and innate womb wisdom!
Pre-paid series starts Wed, Nov 11th
Mixed Level 7:00-8:30p
Dates: Wed Nov 11th, 18th, and 25th & Dec 2nd, 9th, and 16th
$198 Early Bird price ($220 after Nov 4th )
Max capacity 20. This series is likely to sell out!
RSVP via Venmo @ArtByAdelaide or zelle 915-630-3716 to reserve your spot.
* If you know IN ADVANCED you will need to miss a class or 2, reach out to me and I will pro-rate the series for you!
* If you end up needing to miss a class, you can make it up on a Tuesday night in Kearny Mesa class while that series is still underway.
Let me know if you have any questions! It's such a pleasure to share this art form with you's!! Please share with other ladies in the area! Thank you:)
