Wolf Moon Meditative Journey

The full moon is a time when everything comes into focus. The moon, fully illuminated by the Sun , reflects light not only in the sky but also on our inner lives. Its a moment of heightened awareness when truths rise to the surface, clarity replaces confusion , and emotions hit their peak. The full moon allows us to see what has been hidden and to understand what we might otherwise overlook .

We will engage a gentle meditative journey of reflection , looking inward as we question our behavious towards ourselves and how this a blueprint for how others will behave towards us.

Are we nutturing the right path foreward and relationships?

Are we creating an environment that supports our emotional well-being?

Are we listenign to the voice inside us that knows what we truly need to feel whole?
