Together, we’ll explore herbs traditionally used to support wellness during seasonal changes, including ingredients that may help strengthen the immune system, encourage gentle nourishment, promote relaxation, and support overall womb wellness. You’ll learn the unique properties of each herb, sample a variety of herbal teas, and discover how to create comforting blends that align with your body’s needs as we move into a new season.
