Speaker Bio:

Frances Jones Coleman is a licensed midwife, educator, and the heart behind Full Circle Family Services where she offers home and Birthcenter births, Hospital Doulas, Childbirth Education and more.A devoted wife and mother of three, Frances brings both professional expertise and personal experience to the families she serves. With over a decade dedicated to improving women’s health, she has worked with nonprofit and grassroots organizations, hospitals, and community programs to support families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.Her career spans roles at Healthy Start, Texas Children’s Hospital, and The Women’s Hospital of Texas. She is a proud graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University with a degree in Biology and holds a Master’s degree in Public Health with a focus on Women’s Health from Loma Linda University.Passionate, knowledgeable, and grounded in both science and tradition, Frances is committed to helping families navigate childbirth with confidence, compassion, and community support.
