This mini treat is for woman who need a rest and reset. We will start with a tea ceremony (herbal). Deep relaxation with yoga nidra and then we end with a discussion. This month will be on Journaling. Your investment is $30 per person or come with a friend for $50. Please bring your yoga mat, blankets, eye pillow and your favorite cup.
