If you’ve been wanting to feel more in charge and self-led in your life rather than run by it… like you want to feel comfortable in your skin, clear in your yes and no, and more turned on to yourself…

This space is for you.

Woman Within: Claim Your Power is an immersive, in-person experience for women to come back into their bodies; Where power isn’t “girl boss” energy. It’s a strong and quiet power that you embody and trust again.

Through breath, movement, sound, and gentle guided exploration, you’ll begin to soften internal noise, reconnect to your body’s intelligence, and learn how to access your natural state of self-led presence, embodied choice, and inner alignment.

This space is for women and those who resonate with feminine embodiment, of all orientations, who are ready to:

• Stop waiting until they feel "ready" to trust themselves
• Recognize the strengths they've overlooked and the power they've forgotten
• Experience what it feels like to belong to themselves again
  

Together, we’ll explore:

• The hidden ways we leak energy, shrink ourselves, and disconnect from our power
• How to recognize the subtle difference between force, control, and true embodied power
• How to access a quiet, unwavering power that's available even when life feels uncertain
  

By the end of this workshop, you’ll:

• Have a deeper sense of what it means to belong to yourself
• Walk away with a stronger relationship to your own voice, choices, and inner knowing
• Leave with practices that help you come back to yourself; in dating, work, relationships, and everyday life
  

This isn’t about “girl power.” It’s about remembering how to stay with yourself, choose from your inner compass, and move from inner alignment.

What to expect:

A guided, experiential space including breathwork, movement, reflection, and sharing. No prior experience needed, just come as you are.
