If you’ve been wanting to feel turned on to life rather than run into the ground by it, like you want to feel flirty and magical, but it's like you can't turn your brain off...

This space is for you.

Woman Within; Awaken Your Pleasure is an immersive, in-person experience for women to come back into the body through play, presence, and sensation; Where pleasure is not something you perform, but something you can actually feel again.

Through breath, movement, sound, and gentle guided exploration, you’ll begin to soften, open, and notice what’s already here… and learn how to invite and expand your body’s natural joy.

This space is for women and those who resonate with feminine embodiment, of all orientations, who are ready to:

• Reconnect to playfulness, pleasure, and aliveness in the body
• Loosen the grip of overthinking, seriousness, and self-protection
• Feel more open, curious, and receptive to life again

Together, we’ll explore:

• Where your body has become tight, numb, or shut down to joy
• The subtle ways you override pleasure, curiosity, and sensation
• What it feels like to slow down enough to actually feel again

By the end of this workshop, you'll:

• Feel lighter, softer, and more at home in your body
• Notice more pleasure available in ordinary moments
• Experience your body as something alive, responsive, and playful
• Feel more open to life not through effort, but through presence

This isn’t about forcing pleasure. It’s about noticing it, inviting it and letting it grow.

What to expect:

A guided, experiential space including breathwork, movement, reflection, self-touch and optional sharing. No prior experience needed, just come as you are.
