Woman Up Cleveland Internship

Internship Details: This internship program provides students with a unique opportunity to learn and a hands-on experience leading a Cleveland-OH Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Organization.

• Internship runs from January to May 2025, with optional (and encouraged) continuation through July 2024
• Minimum 3 hours/week
• Unpaid position - (may receive class credit or volunteer hours)
• Woman Up Cleveland will select one Events Intern and one Administration Intern
• Primary skills/interests: social media, event planning, marketing, fundraising, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit administration.

Events Intern: is a good fit if the student enjoys…

• Content creation
• Audience analytics and engagement
• Advertisement/Public Relations
• Website and social media account management
• Connecting with local businesses and leaders to build relationships

Administration Intern: is a good fit if the student enjoys…

• Fundraising Initiatives
• Non-Profit administration
• Brainstorming and market research
• The event planning process from beginning to end
• Developing ways to streamline workflow

This experience will count towards the new Honors Diploma field experience requirement, the OhioMeansJobs Diploma Seal, the Community Service Diploma Seal, and the Experienceship graduation cord. This is not for course credit.
