What would it be like for you if you could just relax into your being without feeling like what you do is never enough as a woman ?
How would you feel if you didn't need external goals to make you feel happy and fulfilled as a woman ?
What would it be like if you felt inherently worthy on the inside without needing to prove to anyone (even yourself) that you are more than enough as you are ?
The feminine nature is raw unfiltered and filled with magic, wonder and curiosity and there are layers of the collective feminine which we each absorb as we live in this day to day reality.
We are born into a conditioned society with a set of rules and norms placed on us by family members, peers, the educational institution and our careers and businesses.
When we start to live outside of our closest primary circles, we start experiencing who we really are including the feminine aspects of ourselves we have never met before.
And this is the work that we will explore together
The work is the deep dive into your subconscious and unconscious parts but also a deep dive into your nervous system and body as a woman.
You will explore who you are, underneath the stereotypes and roles of a woman.
You will connect with the raw feelings and emotions that lay dormant within your emotional body and psyche waiting for you to feel in a space and confidential space
We will explore together diving into your suppressed feelings, the numb parts of you which you have been too afraid to face, and guilt and shame that has kept you captive as a woman.
You will become the Woman Unleashed
