This is a mini course for all women who really want to understand what makes them tick. Understand the natural ups and downs, what can be done to calm the inner storms. Learn how harness the power of your menstrual cycle to really take care of your vitality and how this impacts self worth, sexual intimacy and creativity.
All ages and life stages are welcome because it is time that we use our cyclical wisdom as a way to serve and protect life, educate one another and bring back a respect for nature's rhythms.
The mini course includes simple practices for pelvic organ health, restoration and balancing.

BIO
Bex has been teaching at the Yoga Barn for 14 years. Throughout her time of teaching literally tens of thousands of women, she began to realise that the missing piece in Yoga was addressing a woman's lived experience and her inner yoga of the menstrual cycle. She has been running courses for women combining yogic thought, feminist perspectives and menstrual cycle awareness around the world.
