Situation:WOD for Warriors, is a WOD (workout of the day) designed to honor our nation’s Veterans.
Mission:
Take on the Armistice WOD to honor America’s Veterans.
The six rounds of the WOD represent the branches of the U.S. Armed Forces - Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Space Force.
The 11, 19, and 18 rounds represent the end of World War I on 11 NOV 1918.
