An Honest Conversation About Burnout in Customer Success

Join Women of Customer Success Sydney for an empowering and down-to-earth evening exploring burnout—what it is, how it shows up, and how we can support ourselves and each other through it.

We’ll look at burnout from two essential angles:
The individual experience (bottom-up)—how to recognise, manage, and recover
The organisational responsibility (top-down)—how companies can prevent burnout and build healthier cultures

This is a space to reflect, recharge, and reframe how we think about success and sustainability in high-performing environments.

Jennifer also serves on the board of WayAhead – Mental Health Association NSW, advocating for better mental health outcomes in workplaces and beyond.

Danielle Owen WhitfordFounder & CEO, Pioneera
