On May 2, 2024, Scouts from around the world will read from their sacred texts, starting at 5:30pm their time. The Scouts of WNY Jewish Committee on Scouting will be meeting at Congregation Shir Shalom, and will read from Tehillim (Psalms) in solidarity with their fellow Scouts around the world, and for the return of the Oct 7 hostages and for Peace. All Scouts (BSA, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts and Venturers) are invited to join us. Please RSVP here and let us know how many scouts will be joining us, with full names and unit type/number. Each Scout will read about 10 minutes, or as they are comfortable.
