WNY Blues Society Present Steve Grills and the Roadmasters

Steve Grills found the blues in his father's record collection, Big Bill Broonzy and Lightnin' Hopkins, and spent the next few decades going straight to the source. He befriended Robert Lockwood Jr., recorded with Ernest Lane, the pianist on Robert Nighthawk's Chess sides, and named his band after Earl Hooker's. Rochester has known for years that he's one of the finest blues guitarists around. Buffalo, come find out.
