WMN Signature Event | Holiday Thank You Party

Let’s toast to an incredible year together, filled with laughter, creativity, and a touch of holiday sparkle!

Join us for “Sip, Sew & Celebrate,” a festive WMN Members-Only Thank You Party at Fabric Forge on Monday, November 11th, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM.

This cozy evening is all about connection, creativity, and appreciation for our amazing WMN community. Whether you’re a sewing novice or a stitching pro, you’ll be guided through a simple, fun holiday craft, making your own tea towel set to gift (or keep!) for the season.

Fabric Forge is a textile lab + entrepreneurship center in Houston that’s turning traditional skills into powerful pathways. Its mission is to help the community, especially in the Gulfton and Sharpstown neighborhoods, gain access to industrial sewing training, soft goods design, financial literacy, social entrepreneurship, and more.

It’s where creativity, skill-building, and community meet. When you attend events here or support their programming, you’re helping expand opportunity, foster local talent, and build something meaningful with your own hands.
