Step into a magical academy where imagination, art, and storytelling come together.
In this four-day spring break art class, teens will design their own wizard school, complete with houses or factions, a school crest, original student character, magical familiar, and a fully imagined fantasy world. Each day builds on the last, guiding students through creative worldbuilding while exploring a variety of art materials and techniques.
This class is perfect for teens who love fantasy, magic schools, creative drawing, and immersive storytelling. While writing is optional, students who finish early will have the opportunity to begin a short story based on the world and character they’ve created.
No prior art experience is required—just curiosity and imagination.

🗓️ DAILY PROJECT BREAKDOWN
Day 1 – Wizard School Foundations
Design your magical academy:
• Create a school name and crest
• Design magical houses or factions
• Build a student class schedule and academy identity
Day 2 – Original Wizard Character & Familiar
Bring your world to life:
• Design an original student character attending your school
• Create a magical companion or familiar
• Explore character personality, abilities, and visual design
Day 3 – Magical Worlds & Portals
Worldbuilding day:
• Design the realm your academy exists in
• Create fantasy maps, portals, or landscapes
• Explore how worlds connect through magic
Day 4 – Ancient Magic & Aged Parchment Art
Finish with a final magical artifact:
• Create an aged parchment-style artwork
• Incorporate symbols, spells, maps, or lore
• Optional: begin writing a short story set in your world
