Women in the Visual and Literary Arts (WiVLA) is excited to announce that its 2024 biennial Collaboration will be hosted at Sabine Street Studios from September 12 through November 2.
For 30 years and counting, WiVLA has been a hub of inspiration and learning. It’s where imaginative women connect, find diverse opportunities to express their creativity, and learn from one another in workshops, monthly meetings, exhibitions, and literary readings.
One of WiVLA’s hallmark events is the biennial Collaboration. This event, which began in 1994, enables a visual or performance artist to collaborate with a literary artist to produce new work based on a chosen theme. The theme for the 2024 Collaboration is Entangled.
Join us on Friday, September 20, where the Collaboration partners will present their collaborative works.
