Wives, Lemons & Lemonade is a laid-back weekend retreat created for women who are ready for good food, drinks, laughter, games, meaningful conversations, workshops, late nights, sisterhood and a chance to simply enjoy being a woman.
And before somebody asks...
NO, you do not have to be a wife! 😂
Married? Come.
Single? Come.
Engaged? Come.
Dating? Come.

ALL WOMEN ARE WELCOME.
This is also NOT an Ultimate Wives Retreat. This is a shorter, more laid-back TCC weekend experience. There will still be meaningful moments and opportunities to learn and grow, but we're also making plenty of room for FUN. 🍋🥂🎲😂

The weekend will move through three simple ideas:
WIVES
Who am I underneath everything I carry?
LEMONS
What has life handed me that I didn't ask for?
LEMONADE
What am I choosing to make from it?
We're not telling you everything we're planning. 👀😂
Just know that somewhere between the food, laughter, games, conversations, workshops, drinks and late-night girl talk, we're going to make a little lemonade together. 🍋🖤
🏡 RETREAT DETAILS
📅 Friday, April 30 – Sunday, May 2, 2027
Check-in: Friday at 1:00 PM CST
Departure: Sunday by 12:00 PM CST
👯‍♀️ Maximum: 15 Women
The exact retreat home has not been selected yet.
Our home will be selected after the December 1 house-deposit payment is collected. By registering, you should be comfortable traveling up to approximately 3.5 hours from Birmingham, Alabama.
If you are traveling from another city/state and would like an estimate of how far you may need to travel, please contact Melanie privately.
The final retreat area and travel information will be released to registered attendees after the home has been secured.

Transportation to and from the retreat is not included.
Attendees will also be responsible for:

We will use this session to discuss the retreat experience, accommodations, room assignments, payment process, expectations, policies, required participation, important dates and answer questions before deposits open.
🚨 WATCHING THE INFORMATION SESSION IS REQUIRED.
You must either:
Attend the October 16 session LIVE
OR
Watch the complete playback before submitting your retreat deposit.
If you cannot attend at 7:00 PM, that's okay. The playback will be made available.
Do not send retreat money before deposit instructions are officially released.

It does NOT register you for the April retreat and does NOT reserve one of the 15 retreat spots.
Retreat registration/deposits open separately AFTER the information session.
💰 RETREAT PAYMENT SCHEDULE
October 16, 2026: $200 deposit
December 1, 2026: $200 house deposit
January 15, 2027: $150
February 15, 2027: $100
March 15, 2027: $25
TOTAL: $675
⚠️ The December 1 payment is especially important because those funds will be used to secure the retreat home.
🍋 SPECIAL FOR OUR BECOMING HER AGAIN LADIES
If you attended our most recent Becoming Her Again Ultimate Wives Retreat, you will be able to secure your spot on October 16 with $100 upfront instead of $200.
Your remaining $100 will be divided across future payments.
We will explain your adjusted payment arrangement during the Live Information Session.
🏡 ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS & ASSIGNMENTS
Please understand that this is a retreat experience, not a vacation, and accommodations are shared.
While we absolutely want you to be comfortable, the bedroom is only a small part of the overall weekend. Our schedule will include workshops, activities, group experiences, meals, conversations and required participation throughout the retreat.
🔑 HOW ROOMS ARE ASSIGNED
Rooms and sleeping accommodations will be assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.
When your retreat deposit is received, you will be given a registration number based on the order deposits are paid. That number will determine the order in which attendees are given the opportunity to select or be assigned their sleeping accommodations.
The earlier you secure your spot, the more sleeping options you are likely to have available.
Depending on the home selected, sleeping arrangements may include:
🛏️ King-size beds
🛏️ Queen-size beds
🛏️ Double/full-size beds
🛏️ Twin beds
🛏️ Potential bunk beds
👯‍♀️ Shared bedrooms
If a king-size bed is available and you and a friend are comfortable sharing it, you may request to room together. Requests are not guaranteed and depend on availability and registration order.
As spaces are selected, later registrants should understand that remaining accommodations may include shared rooms, smaller beds or bunk-bed accommodations.
Waiting until later to submit your deposit means fewer sleeping options may be available.
💛 THE ROOM IS ONLY ONE PART OF THE EXPERIENCE
We understand that where you sleep matters, and we want everyone to know what to expect before registering.
At the same time, our goal is to create such a clean, comfortable, welcoming and safe atmosphere that you feel at home throughout the weekend.
We want this to be the kind of environment where you can kick your shoes off, curl up on the couch, laugh until 2:00 in the morning and truly feel comfortable with the women around you.
You're not coming for a hotel room.
You're coming for the EXPERIENCE. 🍋🖤
🚨 PAYMENT & LATE PAYMENT POLICY
Payment deadlines will be strictly enforced.
• Payment received after the due date is subject to a $25 late fee.
• If payment becomes more than 7 days late, the late fee increases to $50 regardless of the reason.
• Any special payment arrangement must be discussed and approved BEFORE the payment due date.
• A missed payment without a previously approved arrangement may result in your retreat package/spot being reopened for another attendee.
🚨 ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please make sure you are comfortable with the dates, travel expectations, shared accommodations, payment schedule and retreat expectations before submitting your deposit.
If you later determine that you cannot attend, YOU are responsible for finding another woman to take over your retreat package.
The Couples Community and retreat hosts are NOT responsible for finding your replacement.
If you do not attend and do not find an approved replacement, all money already paid is forfeited.
Any replacement attendee must agree to the retreat policies, expectations, remaining payment obligations and mandatory attendee requirements before the package can be transferred.
📋 RELEASE OF LIABILITY
All registered attendees will be required to review and sign a Release of Liability/Waiver before entering the retreat home.
Signing the required waiver is a condition of participation.
Please do not register for the retreat if you are not comfortable completing the required release.
Additional information about accommodations, room assignments, retreat expectations, required participation and the liability release will be discussed during the Live Information Session.

Once retreat registration closes and our private attendee group chat is created, registered attendees will receive the official clothing and packing information.
You should expect that there will be designated:
👚 Retreat outfits
👙 Bathing suit(s)
💤 Pajamas
Your retreat T-shirt is included in your package.
Please don't start buying colors or outfits yet. 😂 We have plans.
💻 ONE MORE MANDATORY ZOOM
After our final retreat headcount is established, registered attendees will participate in a separate mandatory attendee Zoom meeting.
This meeting will cover final preparations, packing, clothing, travel information, expectations and attendee-only details.
The date and time will be announced with plenty of notice.
By registering for the retreat, you agree to participate in this meeting.
