About this Event

Registration is FREE and open to all. Priority will be given to those active in climate work from most impacted communities.

Join the Human Impacts Institute for a powerful session at the Creative Climate Forum: Fast Responses, Slow Revolutions — Climate Week NYC Edition.

When ecosystems are under threat, legal action can be a powerful, immediate response. This workshop equips participants with rapid-response legal strategies including emergency filings, community alerts, and legal observation.

We’ll also explore mobilizing legal witnessing—combining documentation, ethical storytelling, and diverse communications to support legal accountability—and engage in crisis mapping exercises that help make visible the legal terrain of environmental emergencies.
