This newly formed group meets at Mountain Light on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at 6:00 PM. Please feel free to share this information with friends, family or acquaintances in the local community that may be interested.
The mission of "Without a Prayer" is to assure alcoholics/addicts can find sobriety without having to accept anyone else's beliefs or deny their own.
"Without a Prayer" is a place where secular people following a 12 step recovery program are invited to share their experience, strength and hope and does not endorse or oppose any form of religion or belief system. We operate in accordance with the Third Tradition of the Alcoholic Anonymous Program: "the only requirement for AA membership is a desire to stop drinking (or other addiction). "
