Wise Woman New Year Workshop with Mary Betterridge

Following the celebrations of Christmas and the arrival of the New Year, this Wise Woman workshop led by offers a nurturing space for women to pause, unwind, and restore balance.

The session gently moves energy through the body, warming from the inside out. We will explore a short, accessible sequence of shapes and postures, guided by breath awareness, before transitioning into restorative postures that softly stretch the body, release tension, and calm the nervous system.

The workshop concludes with a deeply nourishing New Year Yoga Nidra (guided yogic sleep). Thirty minutes of Yoga Nidra is considered equivalent to around two hours of restorative sleep.

You will leave feeling grounded, rebalanced, and renewed, carrying a sense of equilibrium into the year ahead.
