Wisdom Wheel: Connecting with Your Devotional Heart

Are you ready to cultivate a deeper sense of everyday devotion?
Do you feel a call to dive deep into your own Spirit?
Join DeAnn on a journey of courage, peace, compassion and wholeness as you discover your own heart’s path.
We will move through surya namaskar (sun salutations) for each seasonal juncture building heat and tapas (devotion), rest and reset with a deep yin practice. Our immersions will include guided yoga nidra, sound bath, pranayama (breathwork), and dhyana (contemplation/meditation). Each offering will draw from the wisdom of the chakras, the essence of the elements, the sacred directions, and yogic philosophy.
Using the cycles of the seasons as guides these immersions will cultivate a sense of strength (inner & outer) and ground you in peace.

Tickets are $75 and include a light lunch and tea service following the practice.
