A 8-week winter journey of truth, tenderness, and reclamation
Our shadow holds a gold mine of truth waiting to be seen, loved, and integrated. With an open mind and a courageous heart, we will enter the mystery together and meet what has been shaping us from beneath the surface so real healing can unfold.
As winter invites us inward, this circle offers a calm, steady space to rest, restore, and gently uncover the parts of self that have been asking for attention. Over eight weeks you will learn to listen to your body’s wisdom, release old stories, and rebuild a kinder inner relationship so you can move through life with more choice and self-trust.
Themes we will explore
-The Mother Wound and how it echoes through adult relationships
-Inner Child healing and reparenting practices
-Grief and loss, and how to honour what has changed
-Fear, shame, and self-judgment, and how to meet them with compassion
-Expectations, perfectionism, and the pressure to perform
-People pleasing, boundaries, and the cost of approval
-Identity work: who you were taught to be versus who you are becoming
What to expect
Our women’s circles are approximately 120 minutes and include guided meditation, gentle somatic practices, ritual, meaningful discussion, journaling, and creative process. You will be witnessed without fixing or advice, and held in a circle of love, acceptance, and sisterhood.
