Our first Wisdom From Within: New Moon Women's Circle was a great success and we are excited to offer our next new moon event in early October! Please join us on the beautiful grounds of Land of Medicine Buddha for this deeply nourishing gathering of women in service of your own and one another's healing journey. Together we build connection, together we grow, together we heal. We are being called to come together in community and tend to ourselves and one another in sacred space. Together we will work to shed the struggles of the past and step into and reclaim our strength, our clarity and our vision in service of a brighter self, family, community and world.
THEME: October’s circle will be in the element of Air and the theme is “Healing Heart, Healing Mind.” We will be examining the stories we tell ourselves, working with nervous system regulation and tapping into the wisdom of our Higher Self to reframe those narratives to support clarity of mind, healing and self-love. We will offer guided imagery exercises, opportunities for discussion and creative activities to integrate your experience. Through sitting circle, being witness to other women and being heard ourselves, we create new possibilities for transformation.
LOCATION: Land of Medicine Buddha. Our circle and activities will be held safely outside in the Meadow, just a short hike up from the main cluster of buildings. Please meet in front of the gift shop, just past the large prayer wheel near the parking lot. Cookies and chai tea will be served upon arrival and you will have an opportunity to browse the gift shop as we wait for all guests to arrive.
PARKING: Upon arrival to Land of Medicine Buddha, after passing over the bridge, you will turn left, go through a gate, up the hill and turn right to enter the parking lot area. If there are no spaces in the immediate lot, continue down and around to the lower lot, there should be ample parking there. Please note that there may be a sign at the gate saying "Lot Full" - this is often not the case, proceed to the lots anyway.
TIMING: We will begin at 2:00pm. You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to walk the grounds, explore the gift shop, enjoy chai/tea and cookies and chat with participants. At 2:00pm, we will leave together in a meditative walk to the Meadow.
WHAT TO BRING: Wear comfortable walking shoes for the short, 15 minute hike to the Meadow. Dress comfortably and in layers. Bring a sunhat just in case. Bring pen and journal for writing exercises. All other materials will be provided.

REFUND POLICY: We totally understand that life happens. If you find that you are unable to attend this event, we are happy to apply your event reservation fee to one of our upcoming circles through the end of 2021. If this is the case , please reach out to [email protected] to discuss.

Christina Gustafson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, is a BCC Certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach, Certified Massage Practitioner with advanced training in Myofascial Release, a Level III Reiki Practitioner, breathwork facilitator and a blossoming glass artist captivated by the creative process. Christina has always been fascinated by personal development and growth and the impact the individual healing journey will ultimately have on the community and the world we belong to. Lynna Redhawk is a compassionate and innovative Coach with experience empowering individuals to explore and identify areas of their lives or career needing improvement. Extensively trained by the Newfield Network, which specializes in ontological coaching, a holistic approach to cultivating change by uniquely integrating and interpreting language, emotions, and the body to support clients in achieving their goals and creating a new way of being.
