Wisdom & Worth Youth Summer Workshop | Know Yourself
About this Event
Join us August 3–7, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Tracy Gee Community Center for a week-long youth intensive that gets students out of their heads and into their bodies.
This session — Know Yourself — is designed for middle school students who are ready to explore self-awareness and emotional wellness through movement and dance. In a small, supportive group setting, students will use their bodies as a tool for understanding themselves, processing emotions, and building a stronger sense of who they are.
Each day combines personal development groups, creative arts, and mindful movement — giving students space to reconnect with themselves, release what they are carrying, and build community with peers in a setting that feels more like a safe space than a classroom.
What to Expect
Students will move, reflect, and grow across five days with guidance from a teaching artist from , mental health professionals from The ALLICE Collective.
