Aidan Salzer
I was born and raised in Oshkosh, WI and live there today. My real estate journey started with a hint of interest from books I read, but I had no direction or plan, and no one to talk to about it.
Enrolled in my third semester courses for school, I was confused about why I was attending college then made a decision to drop out in August of 2021 to pursue real estate investing full fledge. Today I own and self manage 3 properties/8 units and am going to make a transition into the large multifamily space very soon.
Ben Busha
Ben is a young professional with multi-faceted experience in entrepreneurship. He started a Facebook ads agency for real estate investors in 2020 and quickly picked up investing on his own. Recently, Ben bought a rental, a furnished duplex in Oshkosh. Currently, Ben is focused on running Neway REI, a wholesaling company based in Wisconsin. He specializes in system building and marketing.
Alex Bork
I live in Oshkosh, WI, where I was born and raised. I got into real estate in October 2021 when I purchased my first fix-and-flip. I completed two flips as a full-time student then dropped out of school before the Spring 2022 semester to pursue real estate full-time. I just completed my third flip and now own and self manage two duplexes. I plan to keep flipping properties and purchasing multifamily eventually getting into larger multifamily.
