Join us for Wisconsin's premier literary event! Over 70 authors are scheduled to speak about their latest published works at the Wisconsin Book Festival's 24th annual Fall Celebration October 23–26 at Central Library and other downtown Madison partner venues. From edge-of-your-seat thrillers and heart-pounding love stories to gripping memoir and thought-provoking nonfiction, more than 55 events will engage readers of all ages and interests throughout the weekend.
All programs are free and open to the public. Featured books will be available for purchase from our partner booksellers Lake City Books, Mystery to Me, and A Room of One's Own Bookstore at Central Library and other festival event venues: Arts + Literature Laboratory, Wisconsin Historical Society, and the Discovery Building's DeLuca Forum (site for the Wisconsin Science Festival).
