Next up, we're heading to Mt. Tabor Park to explore peaceful reservoirs, tree-lined paths, and some of the best city views Portland has to offer. 😌
Whether you're a longtime WIS PDX member, brand new to the community, or bringing a friend along, we'd love to have you join us for a morning of fresh air, great conversation, and new connections. 🌿
🗓️ Date: Sunday, August 16, 2026
📍 Meet: 10:00 AM at the North Parking Area, Mt. Tabor Park (SE Salmon Way and, SE Park Dr, Portland, OR 97215)
🥾 Distance: Approximately 1.7 miles | Easy to moderate pace
We'll wait until 10:15 AM before starting, so don't worry if you're running a few minutes late.
The Route: We'll begin at the North Parking Area and follow a scenic loop around Mt. Tabor's historic reservoirs, winding through shaded pathways and open viewpoints overlooking Portland.
What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water bottle, weather-appropriate layers, a friend or colleague (optional, but encouraged!)
All are welcome - members, friends, and anyone new to the group.
NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED!
