About this Event

Do you often take on responsibilities beyond your role before anyone even asks? Do you feel guilty when you choose your own needs over something you think you "should" be doing? Are you carrying a mental to-do list that no one else can see, yet still feel responsible for keeping everything running smoothly?

You may be experiencing a pattern known as over-responsibility, the tendency to take on more than is yours to carry. This workshop explores how over-responsibility develops, how it shows up in daily life, and why it can be so difficult to put yourself first.

During this workshop, participants will:

• Identify four key areas where over-responsibility commonly shows up

• Explore the connection between over-responsibility, stress, and the nervous system

• Recognize how guilt and self-abandonment can become automatic patterns

• Learn a simple daily practice to help pause before saying yes to new requests or commitments

• Build greater awareness of personal needs, limits, and capacity

This workshop is not about caring less or withdrawing support from others. It is about learning how to care for yourself while continuing to show up in meaningful ways for the people and responsibilities that matter most.

Register today spots are limited.
