  • Dr. Su-Zeong Fröhlich: Transitioning from nearly a decade as a physician working shifts in hospitals, she ventured into the promising world of blockchain in 2017, establishing herself as a Web3 visionary over the years. As the founder of VISIBLR, a Crypto Art project aimed at making BIPoC faces and voices visible, she actively shapes discussions about diversity and participation in the blockchain world through art, striving for a fairer future with this technology.

  • Ouassima Laabich initiated and leads the innovative "Muslim Futures"(www.muslimfutures.de) project at Superrr Lab, blending critical futurology, arts, digitalization, and imagination to shape equitable futures. As a PhD candidate in Political Science at FU Berlin and a fellow at Yale University, her academic journey is marked by a deep engagement with empowerment strategies, disruptive practices, and critical Muslim Studies. Ouassima's global perspective is enriched by her Masters in Public Policy (Hertie School) and Middle Eastern Politics, along with guest lectures in Kuala Lumpur, Cape Town, and Nijmegen. Known for her energizing discussions and critical interventions, she excels as a speaker and moderator, creating spaces for reflection and disruption in cross sectoral settings.   • Dr. Nakeema Stefflbauers is a software delivery executive from Brooklyn, New York, who has led corporate digital transformations in the US and Europe. Her expertise in early-stage digital product development is paired with a focus on algorithmic equity and fairness. Dr. Stefflbauer is the founder and CEO of FrauenLoop, a non-profit organization in Berlin, Germany and an active angel investor who advises and invests in European startups building ethical, sustainable software. She is a sought-after international speaker on the impact of algorithmic systems on marginalized groups and has spoken twice at the European Parliament on this topic.
