Come join us for a fun in-person session where you'll learn how to craft beautiful copper wire textured pendants from scratch! Whether you're a beginner or just looking to sharpen your skills, this hands-on workshop is perfect for making unique jewellery pieces. Bring your creativity, and let's get those wires twisting!

This workshop includes sawing, hammering, polishing and playing with texture, as well as learning how to attach beads. You will turn a piece of copper wire into something really special and learn the skills needed to design, form and create your own amazing jewellery from home.

Techniques covered in this class include:

• Learn about pliers, wire and basic tools used in jewellery making
• How to make jump rings
• How to professionally cut, shape and loop wire
• How to use a jewellery saw
• How to file and sand your piece
• How to polish your piece to a high standard
• How to create texture in the copper
• How to make a head pin
• How to add crystal accents to each pendant

You will create a faceted gemstone pendant to take home.

No previous experience is necessary

The class size is kept small to allow plenty of one-on-one attention, with a maximum of 6 students.

This workshop includes hammering, so it can get quite loud at times.

Please make sure you arrive before the start time, as this class is step-by-step, and if you miss the beginning, you will find it difficult to catch up!
