Welcome to PRC’s First Annual WinterWhirl Gala! Join us for a night of glitz, glamour, and good times as we celebrate the winter season in style. Our theme is Midnight Snowfall and our inspiration reigns from the Capitol in Panem from 'The Hunger Games' movies. Get ready to dance the night away, enjoy delicious food, and mingle with fellow members of the capitol. We will be doing a basket raffle of 12 baskets! There will be dj'ing and live music and a Panem experience you will never forget. This event is the perfect opportunity to dress to impress and make unforgettable memories. Don't miss out on this exciting evening of fun and festivities! *All proceeds will go towards future PRC events*
