WINTERVAL TRAINING DAY 2025IT’S TIME TO GET FIRED UP FOR THE YEAR AHEAD BY EMBRACING THE ELEMENTS!
Winterval is a full day of parkour and natural movement training open to all levels and abilities. If you’ve never experienced holistic and adaptive movement training of this kind, then this is the perfect place to start. Our coaches will be guiding everyone from total beginners, through to experienced and professional level athletes in 8 hours of challenges, movement drills, skills acquisition and all out physical conditioning.
Embracing whatever winter elements get thrown our way, you’ll enjoy a day of activity, with a fun community of practitioners, which will set the tone for a year of healthy movement ahead.
WHO?
The Winterval Training Day is open to everyone to take part. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned parkour pro, now is the time to get your training goals in order for 2025 and there’s no better place to start than at Winterval.
For absolute beginners, our experienced coaching team will guide and support you through each activity during the day. It’ll be challenging but lots of fun.
For our intermediate to advanced practitioners; now is the chance to assess your physicality and seek out some new goals and if the cold weather and slippery conditions don’t prove exciting enough, our team are ready to push you to the edges of your comfort zone and seek out new areas of untapped potential.
WHAT?
Winterval Training Day is a day of parkour training and workshops for all levels of experience, led by expert parkour coaches.
WHERE?
Meets at Parkour Generations London Republic Gym, 2 Clove Crescent, Blackwall, E14 2BE
WHAT TO WEAR?
Come prepared for the elements; it could be cold, damp or entirely balmy. Who knows with the British weather. So it’s best to layer up and bring a wind/waterproof layer if you have it. We’d advise not wearing gloves whilst training, but you might want some during the lunch break.
WHAT TO BRING?
Plenty of water to stay hydrated, plus snacks and any food you might need during the day. There will be a lunch break, so bringing a packed lunch is always advisable.
