Bright billboards, angry drivers, and busy schedules become the accompaniment to our daily lives. Miracle pills tell of trimming our waistlines as a curious overabundance of sugar seeps into our daily diet. Many of us feel like a hamster on a wheel of a never-ending pull in all directions, and there is simply not enough of us to go around.
