❄️As the year draws to a close, give yourself permission to slow down, turn inward, and embrace the wisdom of winter. ❄️
Join Kate “The Great” for a blissful evening of Yin Yoga, mindful reflection, and an immersive sound bath, inspired by the Water element in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Winter is a season of stillness, restoration, and conserving our energy. Through longer-held, supported Yin Yoga postures, we'll explore specific meridian pathways while inviting the body to soften, release tension, and settle into stillness.
We'll close with an extended sound bath journey, allowing the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to guide you into a deep state of relaxation.
As we transition into stillness, we'll take a moment for guided reflection:
What am I grateful for?
What am I ready to release?
What do I wish to nourish in the year ahead?
This is your invitation to rest, reflect on the year behind you, and create space for all the possibilities ahead.
