Wintering Within: Daylong Hygge Away Retreat for Breathers and Soul Seekers

During this special one day retreat and reset, we’ll gather together with the goal of ‘wintering’ or rather, intentionally slowing down and creating space for rest and reflection. The process of wintering invites you to find balance between solitude and connection - while gathering strength for the future.

Together, we’ll learn about the concept of wintering and radical acceptance, whether that’s the actual cold, dark season or a season in your life. By navigating these challenging "dark seasons" mindfully, wintering can lead to increased resilience, wisdom, compassion, and a deeper capacity for joy.

This ‘wintering’ theme will be woven throughout the day, even in the nourishing food we will eat for lunch.
