Come and join us for a winter celebration embracing the cold and the dark.
We will be cold water dipping, warming up by a fire, feasting on home made herbal winter tonics and being supportive to each other as we prepare to face the dark half of the year.
Cold water dipping is fantastic for reducing stress, boosting the immune system, improving confidence and anxiety and dealing with cold intolerance.
If you have always wanted to try it then come along and join our friendly community of wild winter dippers.
Please check with a Dr first if you have any heart or medical conditions to make sure it’s safe for you to be in the cold water.
We will also talk through some breathing techniques to help your body with the cold.
You will feel utterly exhilarated after!
Bring a towel, dry robe or plenty of warm layers, hot water bottle, gloves etc.
If you have some wood for a fire that would be very appreciated.
Meeting at the far end of Cliff road carpark in old Felixstowe.
