Please wear a shade of red (burgundy) in honor of the root chakra (grounding). As we approach the winter season.

Water will be provided.

Please bring your own mats. If you're unable to purchase to mat we will have a limited amout for rental ($2). Block rental will also be ($2) as well, limited as well.
