Winter Wonderland at Rick's Place

Celebrate Rick’s Place's 10-year anniversary with us during our Winter Wonderland spectacular holiday event you won’t want to miss! This milestone celebration is packed with winter-themed activities for the entire family.

Santa will be making a special appearance, arriving with his sled for pictures, along with other beloved holiday characters like the Grinch, the Christmas Story bunny, and the Elf! Step into our giant walk-in snow globe for a magical photo opportunity, and let the kids enjoy festive fun with a bouncy house, snowball fights, rock climbing wall, and Roll On Up Gaming truck. Every event attendee will get a free meal to celebrate the season! 

In honor of our 10-year celebration, we’ve partnered with the Fayetteville Symphony Orchestra, who will host their interactive instrument petting zoo, perfect for all ages. The Cumberland County Library will offer holiday-themed arts and crafts, and Mrs. Claus herself will be on hand for a special book reading. As the holiday spirit fills the air, warm up around our fire pits with a cup of hot chocolate, and enjoy a variety of meals and desserts from our food trucks.

The day will also feature some fun competitions, including an Ugly Sweater contest, with prizes for the most creative looks. Bring your letters to Santa or write while you’re here to make sure you get on the big man's list! It’s a celebration that captures the magic of the holiday season and commemorates a decade of service to military families.
